MRCP

MRCP

MRCP. This is a heavily T2-weighted MRI showing the gallbladder (GB), common hepatic duct (CHD), cystic duct (CyD), common bile duct (CBD), duodenum (Du) and pancreatic duct (PD). The intrahepatic ducts are also well seen. This patient has a small cystic tumour arising in a side-branch of the pancreatic duct (arrow), which is a commonly seen, usually benign and incidental lesion called an IPMN (intraductal papillary mucinous tumour).
