Posterior knee dislocation

Posterior knee dislocation

Posterior knee dislocation. This is an uncommon but severe injury – the tibia and fibula dislocate posteriorly, and in most cases the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments will have torn. In addition, the medial and lateral collateral ligaments and the menisci are often damaged.
