Sarcoidosis

Sarcoidosis

Sarcoidosis. This turned out to be a case of sarcoidosis, with enlarged bihilar lymph nodes. However, the CXR caused a degree of consternation because of the fact that the patient’s left arm is missing (did you spot that?) – he had a history of a sarcoma. Biopsy was required to exclude metastatic lymphadenopathy, which could look identical.
