Porcelain gallbladder with carcinoma

Porcelain gallbladder, well demonstrated on the CT scout image (left). In this case, the patient was complaining of progressive right upper quadrant pain and the CT shows a large low attenuation soft tissue mass extending from the calcified gallbladder (arrows), and directly invading the liver.
