Oesophageal web. The thin linear filling defect (arrow) in the anterior aspect of the cervical oesophagus is typical of a web. In this patient, the web was an incidental and asymptomatic finding. As you know, these can be associated with iron deficiency anaemia, koilonychia and glossitis in Plummer-Vinson syndrome.
