Hip dislocation, central

Central hip dislocation. This patient was in an RTA. His femoral head has dislocated centrally, into his pelvis. Obviously, for this to happen, the acetabulum has to fracture. This is a severe injury that can result in life-threatening haemorrhage in the pelvis.
